EXECUTIVE SUMMARY.
African ark primary school was established by KARC non profit project after children psychometric assessment OF mount Rwenzori kasese situation analysis reports tell us that about 30 % of the whole populations are orphans and other needy children who have less or no assistance from relatives and well-wishers AS reviewed the post wars and heavy rocking of floods Scourge in kasese..

Following floods plunders kilembe mines and schools in kasese 7000 people remains displaces and seven schools closed by severe water floods and glaciers and sevevere landslides plundering kilembe mines kasese Uganda
Seven schools in valley of nyamwamba river from kilembe mines have lost children and others have left children stranded leaving school and others schools flooded by rivers. These schools include African ark primary primary school,Bulembe,katiri,kilembe senior secondary school,St.peters primary,Mulembemba and kilembe girls.


THE PROBLEM STATEMENT
Kasese has suffered a massive displacement in the settlement partners and floods have plundered communities to high creation of orphan planet and school drop outs. Kilembe mines for over 80 years has never faced such disaster and many houses and people were set plundered by floods leaving many people dead. We are still searching for dead bodies and mass gravels created by floods in kilembe.It has create fear to citizens in kasese and over 10000 people are in the camp at kasese primary school. This flood has affected 1400 pupils in seven schools including African ark P.SC in kasese Uganda.
Kilembe mines is densely populated and has many children, when floods came it has stressed children than parents and children have died in water floods that have created schools closure.
Over 1400 children are still in camps and all valley schools ordered to close there fore children lack clean water and food in campsite.
Children now are in poor health and stressed due to lack of food and water.
PROJECT JUSTIFICATION
Flooded children are required assistance inform of food and water to ensure children health and movement in stressed floods.

          MISSION STATEMENT
Increase and prepare children relief education of needy children from floods.

          GOALS
Facilitating the environment for needy flooded children to achieve sustainable order to get relief of kilembe floods vulnerabilities.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
·        Training parents in kitchen, nutrition and water protection for drinking for children in camp who where affected by water floods.
·        Supply food and clean water to stressed children in camp
·        To offer psychosocial support children affected by floods
·        Prepare relief for children in camps to next term go back to schools
·        Settle women in floods to get food.

          MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Head teacher, board of directors ,PTA and teachers African Ark Infant Prep School, affected schools,headteachers schools affected, DEO kasese , parents, parish priest all do the monitoring and evaluation are critical and will be done through review of its performance objectives and out put indicators. This will be done daily to ensure that the activities remain responsive to the needs, aspirations and capacity of the orphans and other needy children.

On going monitoring and evaluation is desirable to ensure that the project’s development mid-term and annual goals are being met.

Annual surveys and Audits will be conducted to monitor overall effectiveness of the strategies in place.
Inspection reports, children performance in campsite and children well fare are determined by indicators through observation, questionnaires, focus group discussion and interviewing clients.
Live a positive future generation life hence solving problems of Uganda  and Africa as a whole being Africans of course.
Monitoring and Evaluation shall be made to review in questionnaires, interviewing, and observation and review meetings

          PROJECT SUSTAINABILITY

Food supply to needy in flood site camp shall increase food security for ending suffering of stranded children and plunder flood actions in kilembe and kasese flood children stress.

REPORTING
Quarterly reports will be prepared and send to donor by the project head teachers, teachers representatives from AREA Education office, inspectors, PTA, policy makers, coordinator KARC and Parish priest . This shall ensure that will be a report made, progress of the institution, impact to the community and the assessment, evaluation programs made.

EXPECTED RESULTS
Ø     Increase nutrition in flooded area and people in flood camp site.
Ø     Flood victims shall get food for sustainable hunger control
Ø     Settle victims of floods
Ø     Reduce death by hunger by people affected by kilembe mines floods
Ø     Increase food security among street, orphans and needy flooded women to stabilized in camps
Ø     Reduce HIV/AIDS in women spread due to flood biting poverty
Ø     Food shall make people stay in camp and provide relief action for development.
